FBI Seeks Fugitives from Narcotics Round-Up

On Wednesday, August 1, 2012, the Federal Bureau of Investigation Safe Streets Task Force in Pascagoula, Mississippi, arrested 17 individuals as part of a multi-agency narcotics investigation.

The FBI is asking for the public’s assistance in locating three individuals who remain at large following Wednesday’s arrests, all of whom face conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, and/or other drug charges.

Fugitive Steven B. Hye (8/02/12)

Steven Brian Hye, a/k/a Big B, a/k/a Brian Hye, age 26, of Moss Point, MS

Fugitive Marquis Richmond (8/02/12)

Marquis Carl Richmond, a/k/a Ke Ke, age 20, of Moss Point, MS

Adam Williams, a/k/a Town, a/k/a Big Adam, age 41, of Moss Point, MS

“If anyone has information concerning the location of these individuals, we are asking them to contact the FBI at 228/769-7920 or 601/948-5000, or their local police or sheriff’s office,” stated Daniel McMullen, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI in Mississippi.

The public is reminded that indictments and arrest warrants contain only charges and are not evidence of guilt. Defendants are presumed innocent and are entitled to a fair trial, at which the government has the burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
