Mississippi Man Sentenced for House Burglary

JACKSON, MS—Keith Anthony Collins, age 27, of Philadelphia, MS, was sentenced on June 7, 2011, by U.S. District Judge William H. Barbour, Jr. to 36 months’ imprisonment followed by three years of supervised release for house burglary, U.S. Attorney John M. Dowdy, Jr. announced today.

Collins pled guilty to the charge on March 23, 2011. The offense occurred within the boundaries of the Tribal Lands of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.
