FORT WAYNE, IN—The United States Attorney’s Office announced the following activity:

Dispositions

  • Adrian Lee, 39, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced by Judge Theresa Springmann to 57 months’ imprisonment and three years of supervised release after pleading guilty to the felony offense of conspiracy to distribute cocaine in the case U.S. v Hutchins et al. This case was the result of an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation Safe Street Task Force. This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Tina Nommay and Anthony Geller.
  • Mario Gray, 30, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced by Judge Theresa Springmann to 36 months’ imprisonment and one years of supervised release after pleading guilty to the felony offense of use of a communication facility to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine. This case was the result of an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Fort Wayne Safe Streets Task Force. This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Tina Nommay.
  • Cesar Humberto Reyes-Uribe, 37, of Chicago, Illinois, was sentenced by Judge Theresa Springmann to 40 months’ imprisonment and one year of supervised release after pleading guilty to the felony offense of reentry of a deported alien. This case was the result of an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Custom Office of Homeland Security Investigations and the Allen County Sheriff’s Department. This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Lovita Morris King.
  • Scott A. Hedges, 34, of Huntertown, Indiana, was sentenced by Judge Theresa Springmann to 12 months’ imprisonment with six months’ imprisonment, time served, six months of home detention and one year of supervised release after pleading guilty to the felony offense of being a felon in possession of a firearm. This case was the result of an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and its Fort Wayne Safe Streets Task Force, which is comprised of FBI agents and officers from the Indiana State Police, Allen County Police Department, and Fort Wayne Police Department. The Fort Wayne Police Department Vice and Narcotics Division and the Allen County Drug Task Force assisted with the investigation. This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Lovita Morris King.
  • Cedrick L. Griffin, 30, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced by Judge Theresa Springmann to 48 months’ imprisonment and one years of supervised release after pleading guilty to the felony offense of use of a communication facility to facilitate a conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute crack cocaine. This case was the result of an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and its Fort Wayne Safe Streets Task Force, which is comprised of FBI agents and officers from the Indiana State Police, Allen County Police Department, and Fort Wayne Police Department. The Fort Wayne Police Department Vice and Narcotics Division and the Allen County Drug Task Force assisted with the investigation. This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Lovita Morris King.
