Forensic Facial Imaging Course
Course Requirements
  • Applicants must be full-time, salaried employees of a Law Enforcement Agency or Crime Laboratory to be eligible for this training.

  • Applicant should have a basic level of drawing skill.

  • Students will be preparing numerous drawings in class, and are expected to participate fully in class exercises and discussions. A number of work exercises are assigned to the students following lectures and demonstrations, which involve application of technical skills. Students are expected to work closely with each other on assignments. Additionally, a final exam is given which requires the student to conduct a witness interview, prepare a composite drawing based on the information obtained during this interview, and then testify in a moot court setting.
