Instructions for
Suggesting Changes or Submitting General Comments
If you wish
to suggest changes or submit comments for a SWGIT document, you
may do so by E-mail or telefax.
If submitting
comments, please include the following:
- Your name
- Your position
title
- Name and
address of your agency
- Telephone
and telefax numbers and E-mail address, if available
- Identification
of the specific document and section to which you are referring,
if applicable
Formal changes
to SWGIT documents will be considered only if the following information
is included:
- Title of
the document for which the change is suggested
- Your name
- Your position
title
- Name and
address of your agency
- Telephone
and telefax numbers and E-mail address, if available
- Specific
wording to be eliminated or added, noting in which section this
information is located
- Justification
for making the change
If replying
by E-mail, enter SWGIT Feedback as the subject line, then include
your name and address in the body of the E-mail. Include your comments
in the body of the E-mail or as an attachment in WordPerfect or
Word format. Forward your comments to the following address:

If replying
by telefax, include your name, address, and comments in a letter
and forward to the following telefax number:
