1.0 ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COMPACT COUNCIL

The Compact Council for the National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact (Compact Council) is created pursuant to the “National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact Act of 1998" (Title 42, United States Code, Chapter 140, Subchapter II, Sections 14611-14616).
