Lewis Hine

On June 10, 1998, between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.,120 rare and collectible black and white photographs were stolen from a 1998 green Dodge Caravan parked at the West Loop Hampton Inn in Houston, Texas. These pieces were all owned by the Halstead Gallery, located in Birmingham, Michigan. The following photographs by Lewis Hine were among those stolen.
