Elaine Kurie

On August 19, 2000, two paintings by artist Elaine Kurie were stolen from a gallery in Sparta, New Jersey. Also stolen during the theft were two bronze sculptures by Ailene Fields. One sculpture depicted the Greek god Pan, entitled "Song for Syrinx" (edition 11), which measured 18" in height.
