Gerard Dou

A Dutch painting by artist Gerard Dou (1613 -1675, Leiden), a student of Rembrandt, was stolen from a museum in Innsbruck, Austria, between May 17th and 19th, 2001. The oval-shaped painting, entitled "Boy Playing the Flute," is signed lower right: G. Dou.
