Photo Released in Robbery of the Spirit of Texas Bank

The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force needs your help identifying the man who robbed the Spirit of Texas Bank located at 1010 Bay Area Boulevard in Houston, Texas, earlier today. The bank’s surveillance cameras captured a picture of the man during the robbery.

At approximately 1:30 p.m., the robber entered the bank and walked up to the teller counter. He pulled out a black pistol and demanded money. The teller provided him with some cash and he exited the bank. He was seen leaving the area in a dark-colored, possibly four-door vehicle. No one was physically hurt in the robbery.

The robber is described as a white male, 35-40 years old, approximately 6’ tall, unshaven, with a stocky build. He wore prescription glasses during the robbery.
