Bank Bandit and His Buick Captured in Photos

The Houston FBI Bank Robbery Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the man who robbed the Woodforest National Bank located inside the Walmart at 3450 FM 1960 West in Houston, Texas, earlier today. The bank bandit and the Buick he used as his get-a-way car were captured in the bank’s surveillance photographs.

At approximately 2:34p.m., the man entered the bank armed with a black semi-automatic pistol. He approached a teller and demanded cash. The bandit took some cash from the teller, and was last seen leaving the area in a white, older model Buick Regal with no license plates. No one was physically hurt during the robbery.

The robber is described as a light skinned black or Hispanic male, 5’6” - 5’7” tall, 160-180 pounds, with short black hair and tattoos on his forearm. He wore a large white tee-shirt, dark long shorts, and a dark baseball cap with a sticker on the bill.
