Photograph Released in Morning Credit Union Robbery

The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force needs your help in identifying the man who robbed the Community Bank of Texas, located at 13222 Tidwell in Houston, Texas, earlier today. The bank’s surveillance camera captured a photograph of the man during the robbery.

At approximately 9:00 a.m., the man entered the bank and approached a teller. He never spoke, but instead produced a threatening note which demanded money. The teller provided him with some cash and he fled the bank on foot. No one physically hurt during the robbery.

The robber is described as a black male, 23-30 years old, approximately 5’09” tall, with an athletic build and a goatee. He wore a white shirt sleeved tee-shirt, blue jeans, and a black baseball hat.

Crime Stoppers of Houston is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and arrest of this robber or any felony suspect. If you have information about this crime, please call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 713-222-TIPS (8477).
