FBI Houston April 09, 2009 |
The Houston FBI Bank Robbery Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man and women who together robbed the Wells Fargo Bank located at 2824 Hillcroft in Houston, Texas this evening.
At approximately 5:45 p.m., the couple entered the bank together. The woman waited in the teller line to be served, then walked up to the teller and placed a note on the counter which demanded money. She also told the teller she had a gun. The teller, fearing for her life, handed over some cash. The woman walked out of the bank, as her partner in crime held the door open for her on the way out. The couple fled the area on foot. No one was physically hurt during the robbery. The bank’s surveillance cameras captured good photographs of the criminal couple.
The woman is described as a white female, 5’2”, 115-120 pounds with a small build and a light complexion. She had brown long hair pulled sloppily in a pony tail, black and green nail polish, and overall witnesses said she looked dirty. She wore an oversized white and black flannel jacket, a white shirt, and blue jeans. The man is described as a white male, 5’6”-5’9”, with a very skinny build, long sandy brown hair, a light mustache, and a goatee. He appeared to be wearing prescription glasses. He wore a black “hoodie” with three white skulls printed on the chest of the shirt.
Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000.00 for information leading to the charging and arrest of this couple. If you have information about this case, please call the Crime Stoppers tip line at 713-222-TIPS (8477), or the Houston office of the FBI at 713-693-5000.
