Feliciano Lou Quimoyog Arrested on Child Pornography Charges

This morning at approximately 10:30 a.m., the Honolulu FBI arrested Feliciano Lou Quimoyog (also known as “Angel”), age 53, at his Ewa Beach, Hawaii home. The arrest occurred without incident pursuant to a warrant issued in the U.S. District Court in Hawaii. The defendant has been indicted on three counts of production of child pornography, a crime with a statutory minimum penalty of 15 years in prison per count and maximum penalty of 30 years in prison per count.

It is expected that the defendant will have his initial court appearance after 2:00 p.m. today before Magistrate Judge Puglisi in Honolulu U.S. District Court.

FBI Honolulu will not be providing details or comments beyond the public record.

An indictment is only an accusation, and this defendant is presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty in court.
