FBI Seeks Assistance in Wells Fargo Bank Robbery

The FBI is seeking the community’s assistance in the robbery of the Wells Fargo Bank, 6175 Gateway West on Saturday, January 29, 2011. Based on its investigation and the surveillance photos provided by Wells Fargo Bank, the FBI has identified two persons of interest in connection with this robbery.

The subject is described as a white female, approximately 45-50 years old, 5’2” tall, and approximately 140 pounds. She was wearing a black coat, large clear glasses, and a black scarf over her head covering her hair. She also had a discolored mole on her lower face, possibly on the left side. She is believed to have been accompanied by a Hispanic male, approximately 40 years old, wearing a black coat and having a goatee. The subject did not display a weapon and was last seen leaving the bank in a Red Ford F-150 Pick Up Truck.

This case is being worked by the FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force, which includes the El Paso Police Department and El Paso Sheriff’s Department. If anyone was in the vicinity of this bank and/or has information about the robbery, please contact the FBI at 915-832-5000.
