Ten Arrested in El Paso on Cocaine Distribution Conspiracy Charges

Murphy, Acting United States Attorney, Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge David Cuthbertson, and El Paso Police Chief Greg Allen announced that  federal and local authorities have arrested ten alleged members of an El Paso-based cocaine distribution ring. All of the defendants are charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine. Upon conviction, each defendant faces between ten years and life in federal prison.

The arrested defendants include: Sean Ashley Doss, age 26, of El Paso; Nicolas Falcon, Jr., age 34, of El Paso; Derek Steven Tejada, age 22, of El Paso; Eugene Rodriguez, Jr., age 21, of El Paso; David Villalobos, age 25, of Sunland Park, NM; Christopher Lee Belt, age 25, of El Paso; Venessa Venzor, age 25, of El Paso; Robby Javern Doss, age 41, of El Paso; Monica Borjon, age 31, of El Paso; and, Ruben S. Corona, age 32, of El Paso.

According to the indictment, the defendants conspired together from July 2007 until September 2009 to distribute multi-kilogram quantities of cocaine in El Paso. The indictment further alleges that defendants distributed the cocaine from two El Paso businesses including World Class Suspension located at 1421 North Lee Trevino; Plan B located at 1045 Kessler Drive, as well as a residence located at 11450 James Walt (Unit B5).

This case is being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the El Paso Police Department.

An indictment is merely a charge and should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
