Bank Robber Identified

The subject of El Paso’s fourth bank robbery was identified today. Russel Deck, 33 years old, of the 9800 block of Montana, El Paso, Texas, is wanted for one count of bank robbery.
Deck, who is unemployed, is accused of robbing the Capital Bank, 8700 Montana, El Paso, Texas, on Friday, April 3, 2009. The FBI is actively looking for Deck. His photo will also be featured on local Clear Channel digital billboards this evening and tomorrow. If anyone has information on his whereabouts, please contact the FBI at 832-5000.
The case is being worked by the FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force which includes members of the FBI, El Paso Police Department and El Paso Sheriff’s Department.
