Mohammad Alsahli and Yassir Ali Khan Taken into Custody by Canadian Immigration Task Force and Windsor Police

Andrew G. Arena, Special Agent in Charge (SAC), Federal Bureau ofInvestigation, (FBI), Detroit, Michigan, announces that a Mohammad Alsahli (aka Muhammad Palestine) and Yassir Ali Khan were taken into custody, without incident, at approximately 8:00 a.m. in Canada by the Immigration Task Force (a multi-jurisdictional task force lead by the RCMP) and the Windsor Police Department. The two subjects are being detained in Canada until their initial appearance in front of an immigration/extradition judge on Monday.

The FBI would like to thank the Immigration Task Force, Windsor Police Department and Canadian law enforcement for their assistance in thi smatter.
