U.S. Attorney Christopher A. Crofts announced that on January 8, 2015, 22 year old TomElk Redman, a Northern Arapaho Tribal member of Ethete, Wyoming, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl, to 15 months’ imprisonment, three years of supervised release, and a $100.00 special assessment for his March 2014, assault with a dangerous weapon on the Wind River Indian Reservation. This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
