Wyoming Woman Sentenced for Assault on a Federal Officer

U.S. Attorney for the District of Wyoming Christopher A. Crofts announced that on April 23, 2014, Marion Joyce Kills Enemy, a 24-year-old Northern Arapaho Tribal Member, was sentenced by United States Magistrate Judge Teresa M. McKee to four months’ imprisonment and one year of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $350 fine and a $25 special assessment. Ms. Kills Enemy previously pled guilty to the offense of assault on a federal officer. This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Bureau of Indian Affairs law enforcement.
