Robbery of Wells Fargo Bank Branch in Denver

The Denver Police Department and FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force are investigating a bank robbery.

April 5, 2014, 9:44 a.m.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 50s, approximately 5’10 to 6’0 in height, with a medium to heavy build.

The suspect entered the bank, presented a demand note, and fled.

Bank robbery is punishable by a 20-year prison sentence for each offense and increases if a dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.
