Southwest Plaza Mall Investigation

In a joint effort, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, ATF, and the FBI in Denver are investigating an incident that occurred at the Southwest Plaza Mall at approximately noon on Wednesday, April 20, 2011.

In a joint effort, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, ATF, and the FBI in Denver are investigating an incident that occurred at the Southwest Plaza Mall at approximately noon on Wednesday, April 20, 2011.

A person of interest has been spotted on surveillance video and law enforcement is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying this individual.

The subject is described as a white male with graying hair, a silver mustache, wearing a dark-colored cap with a light-colored logo on the front, gray and white horizontally striped shirt, dark jacket with silver buttons, blue jeans, and dark colored shoes.
