Robbery of Chase Bank Branch in Denver

The Denver Police Department and the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force (RMSSTF) are investigating a bank robbery that occurred on Thursday, December 2 at the Chase Bank located at 323 South Broadway, Denver, Colorado at 6:55 p.m.

The robber presented a demand note and received money.

The robber is described as follows:

Sex: Male
Race: Black or Hispanic
Age: 20s
Height: 5’5” to 5’7” tall
Weight: 140 to 160 pounds
Build: Medium

Bank robbery is punishable by a 20-year prison sentence for each offense and increases if a dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.

The FBI continues to provide financial institutions with the best practices for security to make them less vulnerable to robberies.
