Keno Jacoby Goggles, 25, of Ft. Washakie, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Judge Alan B. Johnson on June 14, 2010, for assault resulting in serious bodily injury. Goggles received 40 months of imprisonment, restitution in the amount of $1,345.35, a $250.00 fee to defray costs of treatment and/or drug testing and three years of supervised release. This case was investigated by the Wind River Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
