Cletus Ray Moss, 27, of Arapahoe, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Judge Alan B. Johnson on June 14, 2010, for abusive sexual contact. Moss received six months of imprisonment and nine months at the Casper Re-Entry Center, a $750.00 fee to defray costs of treatment, five years of supervised release and must register as a sexual offender. This case was investigated by the Wind River Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
