“Portfolio Bandit” Bank Robber Apprehended

On Thursday, May 13, 2010 at approximately 1:30 p.m., the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force arrested ERIC R. DODD, date of birth 07/25/1971 for bank robbery. DODD was arrested without incident at an apartment in the 7500 block of North Broadway in Adams County. DOBB is believed to be the "PORTFOLIO BANDIT" responsible for 13 Denver metro area bank robberies. DODD will be jailed in the Denver City Jail and will appear before a United States Magistrate Judge. The case is being prosecuted by the United States Attorney's Office, District of Colorado.

Media availability is being arranged for interviews in the office of the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force located at 4701 Marion St, Suite 400, Denver, Colorado 80216, between the hours of 10:00 am and Noon on Friday, May 14, 2010.
