Man Believed to be Responsible for Three Bank Robberies Arrested

Robert E. Casey Jr., Special Agent In Charge, Dallas, FBI, announces the arrest of RODERICK LOUIS GRAY.

ROBERT LOUIS GRAY, age 37 of Mesquite, Texas, was arrested August 12, 2009, by members of the FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force and the Dallas Police Department. 

GRAY has been charged on a federal complaint with a violation of Title 18, USC  2113, Bank Robbery.  This charge stems from the August 7, 2009, Bank of America robbery which occurred at 2210 Coit Road, Richardson, Texas.

GRAY is also suspected of having committed two other bank robberies, the August 7, 2009, robbery of the Chase Bank, located at 11611 Preston Road, Dallas, Texas and the August 10, 2009, robbery of the Chase Bank located at 4343 West Northwest Highway, Dallas, Texas.

The public is reminded that an arrest is not evidence of guilt and that all defendants in a criminal case are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
