COLUMBIA, SC—United States Attorney W. Walter Wilkins announced that a Federal Grand Jury returned an Indictment against Ricky Hemingway, 44, Richard Lee Livingston, 48, and Freda Williams, 29, all of Myrtle Beach, for armed bank robbery and using a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence. The maximum penalty the defendants could receive is life imprisonment.
The indictment alleges the defendants robbed the Waccamaw Bank located at 112 Waccamaw Medical Park Drive in Conway on February 20, 2009.
