ROCHESTER, NY—U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that Stephen M. Przepiora, 57, of Celeron, New York, who was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, 500 grams or more of cocaine and 100 kilograms or more of marijuana, was sentenced to 97 months in prison and a $1,000 fine by U.S. District Judge Charles J. Assistant U.S. Attorney Brett A. Przepiora also had shipments of multiple-kilogram quantities of marijuana sent from a supplier in California to properties he owned in Celeron, New York, in return for compensation from his local supplier.

The sentencing is the culmination of an investigation on the part of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge Christopher M. Piehota.
