Robbery of Fifth Third Bank Branch in Duluth

ATLANTA—Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Mark F. Giuliano, FBI Atlanta, and Duluth Police Chief R.D. Belcher request assistance from the public in identifying and locating the individuals responsible for the December 8, 2012 robbery of the Fifth Third Bank Bank located inside a Kroger grocery store on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Duluth, Georgia.

On Saturday, December 8, 2012, at approximately 11:40 a.m., a lone black male entered the Fifth Third Bank branch located inside of a Kroger grocery store at Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Duluth, Georgia, and announced a robbery by providing a demand note to the victim teller. While the robber stated that he had a gun, one was not observed. The robber obtained an undisclosed amount of money and departed the bank without further incident.

The robber is described as being a light-complexion black or Hispanic male, hazel eyes, weighing approximately 350 lbs.

This individual is also believed to be responsible for a January 2012 bank robbery that occurred in Roswell, Georgia.
