Shain Mark in Custody After Arrest Warrant Issued for Murder on Navajo Reservation

Shain Mark turned himself in Friday, April 4, 2014, at the U.S. Courthouse in Albuquerque in connection with the murder of Shawn Nez, 33, whose body was found next to Highway 491 near Shiprock, New Mexico, on October 25, 2013.
Mark is expected to appear in federal court on Monday, April 7.
