Belen Bank Robber Arrested

A 34-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the robbery of a Belen bank on Wednesday.
Filbert E. Vigil is in custody and federal charges are pending.
Witnesses say a man who walked into First Community Bank, 620 W. Reinken Ave., at about 4 p.m., told a teller he had a gun, and demanded money.
The robber left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. Belen police arrested him a short time later.
