From the North:

  1. Take the I-87/ NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY.
  2. Take the I-87 S/ NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY S via EXIT 22-1 on the LEFT toward NEW YORK/MASS TPKE (Portions toll).
  3. Take EXIT 19 toward RT-28/KINGSTON/RHINECLIFF BR (Portions toll).
  4. Enter next roundabout and take 1st exit onto WASHINGTON AVE.

From the South:

  1. Take the I-87 N/ NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY N toward ALBANY (Portions toll).
