7. Turn LEFT onto COURT ST/US-11.
8. Turn RIGHT onto STATE ST.

From the West:

1. Take the NY-17 E (Passing through PENNSYLVANIA, then crossing into NEW YORK).
2. Take the US-11/FRONT ST exit, EXIT 72.
3. Turn RIGHT onto FRONT ST/UPPER FRONT ST/US-11.
4. Turn LEFT onto E CLINTON ST.
5. Turn RIGHT onto WATER ST.
6. Turn LEFT onto HENRY ST.

From the North:

1. Take the I-81 S.
2. Take the US-11/FRONT ST exit, EXIT 5, toward I-88 E/BROOME C C.
