Hugh BakerThe Office of Public Affairs posthumously honors Mr. Hugh Baker, philanthropist and supporter of youth programs.

Mr. Baker served the Indianapolis community through intricate involvement with multiple organizations including the Indianapolis Rotary (past president), Stanley K. Lacy Leadership, Junior Achievement, Indiana Youth Institute, and the American Red Cross (past member of the Board of Governors). Mr. Baker was a vital member of the FBI Indianapolis Citizens Academy Alumni Association and, as a board member of the National FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association, he coordinated the association’s national leadership conference in 2014. With optimism and humor, Mr. Baker inspired so many to help others. Accepting his award is his wife, Priscilla Baker.
