The New Orleans Division honors Ms. Alliece Cole for her assistance to victims of human trafficking.

Notably, Ms. Cole has made significant contributions to the Healing Place Church/Healing Place Serve and the Louisiana Hope House human trafficking rescue programs.

Ms. Cole’s role as a human trafficking counselor began some 20 years ago. Throughout her tenure, she has not only acted as a counselor, but a humanitarian and a friend to countless victims she rescued. Whenever a victim is located, day or night, Ms. Cole is always there to act as their protector.

Ms. Cole has always remained focused on rooting out human trafficking wherever it occurs. She continues to serve by educating Louisiana communities on the threats of human trafficking, delivering training seminars to raise awareness, conducting fundraising opportunities to assist victims in need, and performing street outreach initiatives.

Among those in the Louisiana law enforcement and social services communities, Ms. Cole is considered an invaluable asset and a guardian angel to human trafficking victims.
