The Milwaukee Division honors Mr. Ralph Hollmon, president and chief executive officer of the Milwaukee Urban League (MUL), for his leadership and for his development of employment, economic development, and social justice programs that benefit Milwaukee families.

As president, Mr. Hollmon is responsible for the management and oversight of the one of the National Urban League’s oldest chapters. The MUL offers both education and workforce development programs, such as the Campaign for Academic Achievement, which offers education and training workshops held at area high schools, and the Employment Assistance Program, which provides assistance for job seekers without a valid driver’s license.

Mr. Hollmon maintains partnerships with minority chambers of commerce and other organizations to increase the number of minority-owned business in Milwaukee and provide minority students with positive role models.

Mr. Hollmon has held the position of central region vice president of the National Urban League Association of Executives and has been actively involved with a variety of civic and community organizations. Prior to joining the MUL, Mr. Hollmon served as president of Hollmon Management and Consulting LLC, his own project management and public affairs consulting firm.
