The FBI Laboratory will provide the following courses during fiscal year 2008 (October 1, 2007–September 30, 2008). Course dates and locations are subject to change and/or cancellation.
Courses are open to U.S. law enforcement agencies, government crime laboratories, other federal agencies, and military personnel. International students must be employed by similar government agencies. Interested individuals are directed to complete the application form and fax it to the number provided on the form. Course descriptions may be obtained by accessing the FBI Virtual Academy or by sending an e-mail request to markeisha.wickes@ic.fbi.gov or laura.turner@ic.fbi.gov. All applications must be faxed to Ms. Wickes or Ms. Turner at 703-632-8285 or sent via regular mail to the attention of the Specialized Training Program at the FBI Laboratory at the address below.
There is no charge for FBI Laboratory training. The FBI pays for all travel expenses (lodging, meals, and transportation to and from the training location) for domestic students and lodging and meals (airfare not included) for international students.
Students will be notified approximately 30 days prior to the start of a course if they have been selected to attend the training.
