Instructions for Submitting Comments

If you wish to submit comments to the Scientific Working Group on Imaging Technologies (SWGIT), you may do so via E-mail or the postal system.

Formal changes to SWGIT documents will be considered only if the following information is included:

1. Title of the document for which the change is suggested;
2. Name of individual requesting the change;
3. Organization or affiliation of the requestor;
4. Address of the organization;
5. Telephone number and E-mail address, if available;
6. Specific identification of wording to be eliminated, noting document section and/or page number;
7. Specific wording to be added; and
8. Justification describing reason for making the change.

If you are simply submitting comments, please include the following:

1. Your name;
2. Your job title;
3. Name and address of your agency;
4. Telephone number; and
5. E-mail address.

If replying via e-mail, please include the previously requested information (1–8 or 1–5, above) in the body of your E-mail and enter “SWGIT Feedback” in the subject line. You may include your comments in the body of your E-mail or as an attachment in either WordPerfect or Word.
