dnaf9.gif

Sequences derived from both the heavy and the light strands of the mtDNA are compared to each other and to the Anderson sequence. In this example, the sequence of the sample is described using the Anderson convention as 16126 C, 16294 T, 16296 T, and 16324 C. The positions of difference between the sample and the Anderson sequence are denoted by asterisks.
