A. The ROX-labeled
GS-500 size standard consists of 16 fragments ranging from 35 to 500
bases in length (fragments 35, 50, 450, 490, and 500 are not shown).
B. The ROX-labeled
GeneScan®-400HD size standard contains 21 fragments ranging from
50 to 400 bases (50-base fragments not shown).
C. The CXR-labeled
ILS-600 size standard contains 22 fragments ranging from 60 to 600 bases
