Tracy Reinhold – Associate Executive Assistant Director, National Security Branch Mr. Reinhold was born in Takoma Park, Maryland and obtained his early education in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. After serving in the United States Marine Corps from 1979 to 1984, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Maryland in 1988. Mr. Reinhold entered on duty as a special agent on May 20, 1990 and was assigned to the Columbia Division, Greenville Resident Agency, where he worked all manner of violations, including violent crime, white-collar crime, and domestic terrorism matters. In March 1998, he was promoted to supervisory special agent in the Major Theft/Transportation Crimes Unit, Violent Crimes Section. In October 2000, Mr. Reinhold was transferred to the Las Vegas Division, where he supervised a violent crimes squad until August 2003. In September 2003, Mr. Reinhold was appointed assistant special agent in charge in the Detroit Division. While assigned to Detroit, Mr. Reinhold had management responsibility for the violent crime, cyber, drug, and counterterrorism programs. In August 2004, he was selected to serve as the special assistant for the executive assistant director of Law Enforcement Services. In December 2005, Director Mueller appointed Mr. Reinhold as the special agent in charge of the Louisville Division. In January 2008, Mr. Reinhold was appointed to the position of deputy assistant director of the Directorate of Intelligence. In January 2010, Director Mueller named Mr. Reinhold the assistant director of the Directorate of Intelligence. In January 2012, Mr. Reinhold was selected as the associate executive assistant director of the National Security Branch. Mr. Reinhold and his wife Diane live in Alexandria, Virginia. |
